Open the downloaded DMG file
Double-click the MyGunVault_v1.4.0_Mac.dmg file from your Downloads folder.

Run the Installer (Recommended)
Double-click "Install My Gun Vault" inside the DMG window. This will:
- Copy the app to your Applications folder
- Remove macOS security blocks so you won't get repeated warnings
If macOS says the installer "can't be opened": Right-click it → Open → click Open.

Open from Applications
Find My Gun Vault in your Applications folder or search in Spotlight. No more security prompts! Go to Help → Activate License to enter your email.
Manual install (alternative):
You can also drag the MyGunVault app to Applications manually, then open Terminal and run:
xattr -cr /Applications/MyGunVault.app
This removes the security quarantine so the app opens without repeated warnings.
